Isotechnika/Roche -3: Jt Decision-Making Structure

Isotechnika Inc. (T.ISA) said ISA247 is a novel calcineurin inhibitor in early Phase II clinical development as immunosuppressive therapy in organ transplantation and in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. It said early studies indicate that ISA247 is "considerably more potent and far less toxic" compared to other immunosuppressants in this class.

It said a joint decision-making governance structure has been established with equal representation from both it and Roche Holding AG (RHHBY) to oversee and guide the development of ISA247.

The agreement is subject to U.S. Federal Trade Commission approval.

Isotechnika is focused on the development of immunosuppressive therapeutic drugs for use in organ transplant patients and in the treatment of autoimmune diseases.

Roche, Basel , Switzerland , is a research-oriented healthcare company.
